Who We Are
We’re IAG Loyalty, one organisation with two ambitious, growing divisions across Loyalty and Holidays. Each has its own goals, strategy and team, but together we’re united by a shared vision: to create a more rewarding world of travel and experiences.
Our Holidays division, including British Airways Holidays, connects customers to thousands of destinations worldwide through seamless, end to end travel experiences.
Our Loyalty division is home to Avios, the global loyalty currency, enabling millions of members to collect and spend rewards across travel, retail and financial services.
We’re on an exciting journey of growth and transformation. We’re going places.
The opportunity ✨
At Holidays, data plays a huge part in how we price and sell holidays. Our Yield team balances competitive prices with profitability, using insight and commercial thinking to help customers find great holidays while delivering strong results for the business.
As a Yield Data Executive, you'll turn large amounts of data into clear, useful insight for our Yield Analysts and Managers.
This is more than an opportunity to use Excel. You'll work with experienced Yield professionals, collaborate with teams across Holidays and see first-hand how data influences real commercial decisions. As your experience grows, you'll move from identifying what the data says to suggesting what we could do about it.
We're looking for someone early in their career to join the team and build valuable commercial, analytical and Excel skills in a fast-moving travel environment. You don't need previous experience in travel or yield. What matters is that you're curious, confident with Excel and data, and excited to understand what the numbers are telling you.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits
No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.
There's also a clear career path. If you discover a passion for yield and commercial analytics, you can develop your skills and work towards progressing into a Yield Analyst role, taking greater ownership of commercial decisions.
Bring your curiosity. We'll help you build the career.
What you'll be doing 🚀
Half Your Time Will Be To Focus On Competitor Analysis. Using Our In-house Systems And Excel, You'll Gather Holiday Pricing Data From Competitors And Identify Trends, Outliers And Opportunities. You'll Look For Things Like
- Where our pricing isn't competitive
- Hotels or destinations that are performing differently
- Emerging pricing trends
- Unexpected changes or outliers
- Potential issues with data accuracy or integrity
You'll then flag your findings to the right teams, helping our Yield Analysts and Destination teams understand what's happening and where action may be needed.
The remaining half of your time will involve responding to real-time commercial and operational requirements. You could be analysing why holiday margins aren't delivering, supporting price matching for high-value customer holidays or using data to help determine the order of hotels displayed on ba.com.
What we need from you ⚡
- All reports you will use, and analysis of data is done through Excel. So, it is essential you are at an intermediate level and can comfortably use pivot tables and formulas in Excel.
- You don’t need to come from a travel or yield background but need to be able to spot data trends and consider data with a commercial approach.
- You question the numbers, investigate anomalies and aren't afraid to flag when something doesn't look right.
- Working with data and reports means you need exceptional accuracy and attention to detail.
- You will juggle lots of different data requests, so strong organisational skills are needed.
- You can explain your findings clearly and confidently to different teams and stakeholders.
