Yield Manager

Location: Bristol (Hybrid – 2-3 days onsite)
Salary: Up to £55,000-£60,000 + Benefits

Are you a commercially driven Revenue or Yield Management professional who thrives on turning data into profitable business decisions?

We're partnering with an exciting organisation in Bristol to recruit a newly created Yield Manager position. This is an excellent opportunity to take ownership of pricing strategy, driving revenue growth through dynamic pricing, forecasting, and data-led commercial decision making.

Working within a collaborative and forward-thinking team, you'll play a pivotal role in developing and optimising pricing models, leveraging revenue management systems and forecasting tools to maximise yield and enhance customer value.

The Role

As Yield Manager, you'll be responsible for developing and executing pricing strategies that optimise revenue performance. You'll analyse large datasets, forecast demand, identify trends and deliver commercial insights that influence key business decisions.

This is a hybrid role, requiring 2-3 days per week onsite in Bristol, with flexibility around start and finish times.

  • Own and develop the company's pricing strategy, creating dynamic pricing models that maximise revenue.
  • Utilise revenue management systems to automate pricing decisions and continually improve pricing capability.
  • Analyse historical and live data to forecast demand and optimise inventory allocation.
  • Produce insightful reports and dashboards that clearly communicate performance, trends and commercial opportunities.
  • Monitor key performance indicators, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Identify opportunities to improve yield, customer value and overall commercial performance.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure pricing strategies align with operational capacity and customer demand.
  • Evaluate and recommend new technologies and tools to enhance revenue and yield management processes.

About You

We're looking for someone who combines strong commercial acumen with excellent analytical skills and enjoys influencing business decisions through data.

You'll have:

  • Previous experience in a dedicated Yield Management or Revenue Management role.
  • Experience within travel, hospitality, parking, transport or another dynamic pricing environment would be highly advantageous.
  • Proven experience using revenue management systems or automated pricing tools.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets, identify trends and forecast demand.
  • The ability to translate data into compelling commercial insights and recommendations for stakeholders.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the confidence to influence at all levels.
  • A collaborative approach, whilst also being comfortable working independently and taking ownership.
  • A proactive, commercially focused mindset with a passion for driving measurable business performance.
