Kazen Kai Martial Arts Ltd provides professional martial arts classes and corporate self-defence workshops focused on building confidence, resilience, and personal safety awareness. The team offers training in Karate, Kickboxing, Taekwondo, Jiu-Jitsu, self-defence, fitness and more, welcoming participants of all ages and abilities in an inclusive, supportive environment.
In addition to full-time dojo classes, the company delivers tailored corporate workshops that promote employee wellbeing, workplace safety, and team engagement through practical, interactive training. These sessions are especially suited to customer-facing staff, commuters, lone workers, and organisations seeking unique team-building experiences.

Role Description
We are looking for a friendly, experienced and qualified Yoga and/or Pilates Instructor who would be interested in running regular classes from our Harlow dojo and becoming part of our growing Kazen Kai community.
Our dojo provides a spacious, fully matted training area, offering a comfortable and versatile environment that is well suited to Yoga, Pilates, mobility, stretching and other complementary fitness and wellbeing classes.
Qualifications and what we're looking for
We would love to hear from instructors who
- Have experience delivering safe, engaging and welcoming classes for varied abilities.
- Are friendly, professional and reliable
- Enjoy working with people of different abilities and experience levels
- Are interested in establishing regular classes and becoming part of our Kazen Kai community
- Demonstrated Teaching skills, including class management, clear demonstrations, and thoughtful progression planning.
- Excellent Communication skills, with the ability to motivate, guide, and provide constructive feedback to participants.
- Hold recognized certification in Yoga, Pilates, or related discipline
- Current first aid certification (or willingness to obtain) and a strong commitment to safeguarding and participant care.
- Hold appropriate insurance and any other relevant professional requirements
