Yoga Therapist

Academic Year Contract, to Start in September

£40 per hour travel time

KT Healthcare is a family-owned healthcare provider specialising in neurodevelopmental services, mental health and brain injury rehabilitation. We work closely with local authorities, schools and families to deliver high-quality, person-centred support that makes a genuine difference.

We are looking for a compassionate and experienced Yoga Therapist to join our Therapies team.

This is a fantastic opportunity to provide therapeutic yoga sessions that promote emotional regulation, wellbeing and resilience for children and young people. The successful therapist will work as part of a multidisciplinary team, contributing to holistic care and helping individuals achieve positive outcomes.

The Role

  • Deliver individual and group therapeutic yoga sessions
  • Support emotional regulation, wellbeing and resilience
  • Attend multidisciplinary team (MDT) meetings
  • Maintain accurate clinical records and complete reports as required
  • Liaise effectively with families, schools and other professionals involved in the individual's care

About You

We're looking for someone who has:

  • A recognised Yoga Therapy qualification.
  • Experience delivering therapeutic yoga to children and young people.
  • An understanding of trauma-informed and person-centred approaches.
  • Excellent communication and report writing skills.
  • The ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
  • Experience working with children and young people with additional needs or neurodevelopmental differences would be highly desirable.
