Yoga/Barre Instructor

Location: Kuwait

Salary: £2500 per month (TAX FREE) plus Personal Training

Relocation support provided

About the Role

One of the most prestigious, high-end private membership clubs in Kuwait is seeking an experienced Yoga/Barre Instructor to lead its fitness and wellness programming. This exclusive club combines luxury lifestyle, world-class fitness, fine dining, and leisure facilities, providing an exceptional environment for both members and staff.

Role Responsibilities

  • Lead engaging, safe, and effective Yoga and Barre classes for members of all fitness levels.
  • Design individualized exercise programs tailored to each member's goals and abilities.
  • Demonstrate correct techniques, providing hands-on guidance, alignment corrections, and progressions where needed.
  • Deliver both group and one-on-one Yoga/Barre sessions with professionalism and enthusiasm.
  • Coordinate the Yoga/Barre class schedule in collaboration with the management team, ensuring optimal utilization during peak and off-peak hours.
  • Maintain accurate records of members, including medical histories, waivers, and training progress.
  • Supervise and mentor part-time and freelance Yoga/Barre instructors to maintain consistent quality standards.
  • Ensure studio operations meet the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and efficiency.
  • Contribute to recruitment, training, and scheduling of Yoga/Barre staff as required.
  • Support the organization and delivery of Yoga/Barre related events, workshops, and member engagement activities.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, resolving member feedback and maintaining a positive, professional presence.
  • Uphold all safety, hygiene, and operational standards across the studio and related areas.

Candidate Profile

  • Recognised Yoga and/or Barre certification
  • Proven experience teaching both private and group Yoga/Barre sessions.
  • Strong understanding of anatomy, posture, flexibility, and injury prevention.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire members.
  • Organised, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple responsibilities effectively.
  • Professional appearance, positive attitude, and strong customer service mindset.
  • CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
  • Fluency in English essential; additional languages are an advantage.
