About The Role
Pay Details: Grade 4, SCP 5 – 7 £25,583 - £26,403 p.a. pro rata
Hours of work/work pattern: 21 hours between Monday – Wednesday
Main place of work: 91 Salisbury Road, Barry, CF62 6PD
Description:
The role of the Performance Assistant is to provide all aspects of administrative support, input/ data, cleanse information and run reports within the YOS Information System to enable performance reporting to key stakeholders
About You
You will need:
- Good organisation skills
- Good communication skills
- Proficiency in Office applications such as word and excel
- Self-motivated and able to use your initiative
- Ability to accurately record and analyse data in a range of database locations and formats
- The ability to prioritise tasks appropriately
- The ability to work to deadlines
