Where: Sefton
Hours: Full Time 37.5 per week
Please note: Full-time hours at Change Grow Live are 37.5 hours per week. For part-time roles, the salary and payments will be pro rata based on contracted hours.
Responsibilities
About the Role:
- You’ll primarily support young adults aged 18–24 in the community, with some work involving under-18s.
- Managing a caseload of young adults using alcohol and/or drugs across Sefton.
- Conducting assessments, care planning, and delivering 1:1 psychosocial and digital interventions.
- Facilitating group work, outreach, and community events.
- Providing harm reduction advice and brief interventions.
- Working in partnership with agencies, attending safeguarding meetings, and delivering training.
- Excellent engagement and partnership skills.
- Strong knowledge of safeguarding for children, young people, and adults.
