Our Children’s, Youth and Families team is developing culture-changing ministry across our whole diocese. One of our key team members is taking maternity leave and we are looking for a talented Young Leaders’ Community Enabler to step into the role for 12 months. This is a fantastic opportunity to bring your experience and expertise to a diocese that prioritises children and young people and make a tangible impact for the duration of the post.

Do you have a passion for youth ministry and seeing young people grow in leadership in our churches?

This exciting role seeks to grow and develop our Young Leaders’ Community. We’re looking for someone who can encourage young leadership in churches across the Diocese. You will enable members of the Young Leaders’ Community to play a central role in the mission and ministry of their local parishes and across the diocese, equipping and nurturing them.

You will play a vital role in ensuring young voices can shape strategy in our church and the wider Diocese, and to create local and central opportunities for these young active disciples to speak, lead and influence.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
