Join Tokko Youth Hub, a vibrant charity in the heart of Luton, supporting young people to lead happy, healthy lives. We’re looking for a passionate Young Parents Co-ordinator to support young parents across a range of needs as part of a job share.

What you’ll do

  • Work with multidisciplinary teams to strengthen support for young parents
  • Carry out assessments and respond to individual needs
  • Build partnerships with local agencies and services
  • Support young mothers with their children’s development
  • Plan and deliver parenting courses and group activities
  • Advocate for young parents in meetings and reviews
  • Maintain accurate, confidential records and contribute to reports

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Understanding of the challenges young parents face
  • Organised, detail-focused, and a team player
