Join Tokko Youth Hub, a vibrant charity in the heart of Luton, supporting young people to lead happy, healthy lives. We’re looking for a passionate Young Parents Co-ordinator to support young parents across a range of needs as part of a job share.
What you’ll do
- Work with multidisciplinary teams to strengthen support for young parents
- Carry out assessments and respond to individual needs
- Build partnerships with local agencies and services
- Support young mothers with their children’s development
- Plan and deliver parenting courses and group activities
- Advocate for young parents in meetings and reviews
- Maintain accurate, confidential records and contribute to reports

About you
- Experience supporting young people, especially young parents
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Understanding of the challenges young parents face
- Organised, detail-focused, and a team player
