About the Role

Young People Support Worker

£28,836 per annum + excellent benefits

Are you passionate about empowering young people to build independence, achieve their goals, and create brighter futures? We're looking for proactive, compassionate, and motivated Young People Support Workers to join our dedicated team supporting young people aged 18-25.

We currently have four permanent vacancies available across our services:

These opportunities are based across two locations: Burnage Lane and Safestop Manchester. When applying, please clearly state your preferred location (Burnage Lane or Safestop Manchester) within your application/supporting statement.

In this rewarding role, you'll provide tailored support to young people, manage a small caseload, complete risk and wellbeing assessments, and help create a safe, positive environment where individuals can develop essential life skills and move towards independent living. We're looking for people with experience of supporting vulnerable young people, excellent communication skills, and a genuine commitment to helping others reach their potential.

Join a supportive, values-driven organisation where your contribution makes a lasting difference every day. In return, you'll benefit from ongoing learning and development opportunities, a great range of employee benefits, and the chance to play a key role in transforming young lives.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
