We are now looking for a Young People’s Digital Platform Co-ordinator to join us on a full-time basis, working 35 hours per week, for a two year fixed-term contract.
Due to the nature of this role, you need to be available to commence work by/on 20th November 2026.

The Role
As a Young People’s Digital Platform Co-ordinator, you will support the management of our digital platform, creating a safe and engaging online space where young people can connect, collaborate and learn.
Working with the Young People’s Digital Platform Manager, you will manage and publish content, respond to the community and support the development and delivery of creative learning content and programmes.
You will also help wider teams, staff and tutors use the Platform consistently to support youth programmes and strengthen ongoing engagement.
Additionally, you will monitor and moderate user-generated content, support compliance with the Online Safety Act and help maintain effective reporting processes for non-compliant activity.
Additionally, you will:
- Create and post community-facing communications
- Support the preparation of marketing and communications materials
- Gather case studies and quantitative data from Platform users
- Draft contracts, hire agreements, letters and other documentation
- Support the contracting of professional tutors
- Gather user feedback and engagement insights to support evaluation and reporting
About You
To be considered as a Young People’s Digital Platform Co-ordinator, you will need:
- Experience navigating and administering the day-to-day moderation and management of a digital community platform
- Experience working with young people and implementing safeguarding measures across programmes of work
- Experience working with digital content production and content management systems, content moderation systems, and relevant software programs and tools
- Experience working in a team and coordinating freelancers and creatives
- The ability to monitor expenditure, keep budgets and provide budgetary information
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organisational and project management skills

The successful candidate must have a current and acceptable DBS check or be willing to undertake one due to the nature of the role.
