Remote | Flexible

Years of experience in administration or client support build real, transferable skills — the kind that deserve more flexibility than a typical 9-to-5 often allows. If that sounds like you, we'd like to connect.

We're looking for motivated, organised people ready to bring their existing skills into a remote environment, backed by training, support and real opportunities to keep growing.

About the Opportunity

This role supports communication, coordination and client-focused work within an established global organisation in the personal and leadership development sector. It suits people who work well independently, enjoy clear systems, and bring strong communication skills to everything they do. Full onboarding, training and ongoing support are provided from day one.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage administrative and client support tasks remotely
  • Hold professional phone and Zoom conversations with prospective clients
  • Work within established systems and communication processes
  • Keep accurate follow-up and administrative records
  • Respond to enquiries with professional client support
  • Coordinate follow-up activities as needed
  • Take part in ongoing training and development
  • Contribute positively to a supportive remote team

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
