2027 Camp America Camp Counselor Jobs in the USA

If you’re all about the outdoors, teamwork and adventure, Camp America is your chance to make summer epic! Spend nine weeks living and working on a U.S. summer camp; coaching sports, leading outdoor activities, or helping campers try something new every day. You’ll swap screens for sunshine, routine for real experiences, and walk away with new skills, confidence, and friends from all over the world.

About Camp America

Established in 1969, Camp America is the original summer camp experience. Every year, we send thousands of people to work on camps across the USA; from lakeside camps in the mountains to classic all-American sports camps. We handle the hard stuff (flights, visa, medical coverage) so you can focus on what really matters: having the summer of your life!

Travel

Your camp adventure doesn’t stop when the summer ends. Once camp finishes, your visa gives you up to 30 days to travel the States. Explore iconic cities like New York, LA, and Chicago, road trip with your camp crew, or head to national parks like Yosemite & Yellowstone for a little more wilderness time.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
