What you will do
You will help transform our world-leading Gii technology into components that can be manufactured at scale. Working across the full product lifecycle, you could be contributing to product design, prototyping, process development, equipment installation, optimization, and continuous improvement. This may involve:
- Developing, refining, and validating processes for scalable production of Gii-based components
- Supporting product development across sensing, diagnostic, energy, and other flexible electronics applications
- Working with multidisciplinary teams to translate R&D concepts into scalable product solutions
- Designing, executing, and analysing experiments to optimise performance, quality, and reliability
- Troubleshooting and improving processes to achieve repeatability, robustness, and cost-effective manufacturing
- Taking a hands-on approach to problem solving, prototyping, and process implementation
Who we are looking for
We’re looking for individuals with experience in product development, process engineering, or advanced manufacturing, engineers who love solving technical challenges, improving how things work, and building sustainable, scalable solutions. Experience that spans disciplines is of particular interest.
You may come from backgrounds such as materials engineering, chemical engineering, mechanical engineering, product design engineering, electronics, or a related field. A relevant degree or equivalent experience is essential, and we love to see a growth mindset, critical thinking, and curiosity that drives continuous learning.

Where we are
We are based in Stirling in central Scotland, a city with rich historical significance. As well as being historic, Stirling is in a great position for quick access to Edinburgh and Glasgow by public transport. It also has easy access to the Highlands and rural Scotland.
