We're hiring a Youth Development Mentor to join our Bright Futures team.
This role is about building trusted, one-to-one mentoring relationships with young Gypsy and Traveller men aged 15-25, helping them grow in confidence, build key skills, and find realistic pathways into education, training and employment.

📍 Mildmay Community Centre, London N16 (office-based, Tue-Wed-Thu)
🕐 3 days (21 hours) a week
💰 £29,000-£31,000 (pro rata)
