Could you be the mentor a young person remembers for the rest of their life?
Purpose Driven Youth (PDY) is expanding our network of paid youth mentors across Lambeth, Southwark, and other South London boroughs.
We’re looking for professional, relatable, and consistent mentors who can build genuine relationships with young people and help them develop:
- Confidence
- Resilience
- Aspirations
- Life skills
- Positive decision-making
- Educational and career goals

For many young people, seeing a positive, ambitious role model who understands aspects of their culture, background, or lived experience can make a powerful difference.
We’re looking for mentors who can bring authenticity, positive masculinity, ambition, and encouragement into their work with young people.
You don’t need to have followed a traditional youth-work career.
But you do need to be someone young people can trust, respect, and relate to.

We’re looking for mentors who are:

You will need to have or be willing to obtain an Enhanced DBS.

- 💷 £25–£35 per hour contractor rate, depending on experience
