Anchor Care and Education is growing and we are looking for compassionate and dedicated Youth Development Support Workers to join our team. ❤️
You’ll be supporting young people aged 6–18 who have experienced trauma, neglect and other significant challenges. Our aim is to create a safe, nurturing and therapeutic home where young people can build confidence, develop independence and thrive.
💰 What can you earn?
🔹 Level 1: £27,999.97
🔹 Level 2: £28,573.27
🔹 Level 3: £29,582.28
🔹 Level 4: £31,370.98

👥 We’re looking for people who have:
✅ A genuine passion for supporting vulnerable young people
✅ A calm and patient approach to dysregulated behaviour
✅ Strong communication and teamwork skills
✅ A commitment to safeguarding
✅ Level 3/4 Residential Childcare or a willingness to work towards it – fully funded and supported
🚗 Full UK driving licence and access to a car

📅 Our rota
Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday & Sunday
Week 2: Wednesday & Thursday
All shifts are 8am–9pm, giving you every other long weekend off.
