The Role

You will be at the heart of an exciting new UK-wide project, using creative, individualised approaches to engage directly with young people with severe or profound and multiple learning disabilities. Your work will take you to wherever young people are most comfortable, whether that is at home, in their community, at school or college, or in a residential setting. This is an opportunity to play a key role in a new flagship project funded by the National Lottery Community Fund.

You will share our belief that everyone has the right to be heard and to influence the things that matter to them. With curiosity, creativity and a willingness to learn, you will explore different ways of understanding what matters to each young person. Working closely with young people, families, circles of support and partner organisations, you will help ensure that the experiences, preferences and views of young people with severe or profound and multiple learning disabilities are recognised, understood and used to create positive change to policy, practice and service provision.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
