WE’RE HIRING | YOUTH FOOTBALL COACHES ⚽

YOU’RE MORE THAN A COACH. YOU’RE A ROLE MODEL, MENTOR & DEVELOPER OF YOUNG TALENT.

Since 2006, BADU CIC has been reimagining opportunity. We’re a Black-led community impact organisation connecting pathways across sport, health, education and workforce development, creating opportunities for people and communities to play, develop, belong and thrive.

We’re now looking for passionate, experienced Youth Football Coaches to join BADU and lead our U8 & U10 age groups across East London.

This is more than delivering football sessions. You’ll help young players develop their technical ability, confidence and game understanding, while creating an environment where they can build character, learn and develop the foundations of excellence, on and off the pitch.

THE BADU WAY

Our values shape how we work and how we show up for the people we serve:

  • MEET YOU WHERE YOU ARE Growth looks different for everyone. We celebrate the journey, not just the destination.
  • DELIVER QUALITY, ALWAYS We hold ourselves to a high standard and invest in our people so they can do the same for others.
  • BUILD SAFE SPACES People can only grow when they feel secure. Safety comes first, always.
  • PROTECT FUTURES We think beyond today, because real change is something the next generation inherits.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
