Are you passionate about making a positive impact on young lives? We are looking for a 0.5 Youth Justice Service Senior Case Manager in the South Locality, covering Broxtowe, Gedling, and Rushcliffe. This role is based at Trent Bridge House in West Bridgford, with opportunities for flexible office working across Nottinghamshire County Council locations.
In this vital position, you will manage complex cases of service users within the criminal justice system, ensuring compliance with National Standards and local policies. Your work will focus on preventative, diversionary, and statutory measures to support vulnerable children.

Key Responsibilities
- Achieving Aims: Work towards the specific objectives of the Youth Justice Service's Business Plan.
- Safeguarding: Protect vulnerable children and ensure their safety and well-being.
- Partnership Working: Collaborate with various agencies to provide comprehensive support.
- Assessment and Planning: Evaluate the risks and needs of complex children, planning and delivering effective interventions.
- Guidance and Support: Mentor and support Band A case managers and Youth Justice Service Officers in their roles.
To Excel In This Role, You Will Need
- A relevant professional qualification in social work or a related field.
- A minimum of three years’ experience in service delivery, including performance management and resource planning.
- Strong knowledge of relevant legislation and policies related to youth justice and safeguarding.
