Are you passionate about helping a generation of young people encounter Jesus?

We're looking for a Youth Lead to disciple, inspire and walk alongside 11–18s in Totton, building a youth ministry where teenagers find faith, freedom and a place to belong. Could this be you?

We are delighted to advertise the role of Youth Lead

This role is to continue and develop our highly successful youth ministry here at St Wins. This ministry is based out of St Wins in Totton. The role is offered as a part-time position of 3 days per week (22.5 hours), on a permanent contract, at a full-time equivalent salary of £27,000 per annum (pro-rated). The working days will include Tuesdays (including the evening) and Sundays.

With some shared time on Tuesday and Sunday mornings, this 3-day role can be combined with our Pillar Lead role to create a single full-time, 5-day position for the right candidate. If you have the skills and heart for both, we'd love to hear from you! Please mention this in your application.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
