Can you help shape the future of youth ministry across the Diocese of Rochester? Can you inspire the next generation to know Jesus in a thriving church with a heart for mission?

St Stephen's Tonbridge is a large and active evangelical church with a vision to know God and make God known. We're looking for a full-time Youth Ministry Resource Hub Lead to help shape the future of youth ministry across the Diocese of Rochester while leading and growing ministry among young people in St Stephen's Parish.

We Are Looking For Someone Who Has

  • A vibrant Christian faith and a passion for seeing young people follow Jesus.
  • Experience of leading and discipling 10–18-year-olds.
  • A passion for mission and a willingness to pioneer new opportunities.
  • The ability to inspire, equip and support volunteers.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • A collaborative approach and the confidence to lead.
  • A strong commitment to safeguarding and the wellbeing of young people.
