Who We're Looking For:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and engaging individual who is passionate about supporting young people's wellbeing and helping them thrive.

The Youth Resilience & Wellbeing Workshop Facilitator will be responsible for the frontline delivery and participant experience of Bolster Community's No Filters Programme, funded through Newry, Mourne and Down District Council's PEACEPLUS Strand 2: Thriving and Peaceful Communities programme.

No Filters is not a traditional workshop programme. Through a series of creative, interactive missions, young people will take part in fun challenges that promote teamwork, communication and problem-solving while exploring issues that matter to them. Each mission is designed to encourage conversation, reflection and personal growth through engaging, hands-on experiences.

Working under the direction of the Programme Lead, the postholder will deliver dynamic and interactive sessions for young people aged 12-18 across the seven District Electoral Areas of Newry, Mourne and Down. The successful candidate will create safe, inclusive and youth-centred environments where young people feel valued, heard and supported to build resilience, confidence and positive relationships.

The postholder will deliver trauma-informed activities that promote emotional wellbeing, digital safety, empathy, confidence and positive peer connections, while supporting meaningful cross-community engagement and understanding.

This role is responsible for ensuring high-quality session delivery, participant engagement, safeguarding within delivery settings and the collection of programme evidence and outcomes. Responsibility for contract management, budget oversight, strategic partnerships and funder reporting remains with the Programme Lead.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
