We are seeking to appoint a suitably qualified, committed and enthusiastic Youth Strategy Manager to join a highly motivated team here at Youth Focus North East. The appointment will be based from our Gateshead Office working across the North East with a particular focus on the North East Mayoral Strategic Area.
This is a challenging but hugely rewarding role and one that will provide an opportunity for a talented youth work professional to develop even further, the impact of our work at a local and regional level. The postholder will play a key role in strengthening the capacity, quality and sustainability of the youth sector by leading regional strategies, workforce development initiatives, partnership programmes and organisational improvement activities that enhance outcomes for children, young people and communities. A significant aspect of the role will be supporting Engage Training and Consultancy, Youth Focus North East's training and workforce development offer.
