About the Company

We're looking for caring and resilient Residential Support Workers to support children and young people aged 7-18 with complex needs, including emotional and behavioural difficulties and learning disabilities.

About the Role

In this rewarding role, you'll help create a safe, nurturing home environment, support daily routines, encourage independence, manage behaviours positively, and help young people develop the skills and confidence needed to achieve positive outcomes.

Pay range and compensation package

£26,208 - £34,944 per annum (depending on contracted hours) plus £55 per sleep-in.
