About the Role
We’re now looking for a Youth Worker – someone to contribute to a wide and varied programme, which will include co-leading and delivering a range of activities to students. You will contribute to the service where required, which may include working with students that may be identified through safeguarding processes, supporting social spaces, including our Enrichment Hub, in delivering personal development activities which support developing positive behaviour and attitudes amongst students.
Qualifications and Experience
We’d like our Youth Worker to be qualified to Level 3 or above in an appropriate subject (Youth & Community, Education, Psychology, Sociology, Health & Social Care or IAG) and have experience of working with and delivering activities to young people predominantly 16-18, from a variety of backgrounds, understanding the needs and issues surrounding them and the difficulties the students face.
Reasons to use Rodeo
I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
