Youth Worker (Behaviour Mentor) - Secondary School - Lambeth - ASAP Start - £115 - £120 per day (depending on experience)

- Youth Worker required to work with students to provide behavioural and pastoral support
- Youth Worker required to have at least 1 year's experience with young people, ideally in a school setting
- Youth Worker must have strong behaviour management skills
- Youth Worker ideally be Team Teach/ Physical Intervention Trained

The Role - Youth Worker (Behaviour Mentor) - Lambeth
Our Client, A Mainstream secondary School are seeking for a passionate and well experienced Youth Worker to join their behavioural team ASAP. You will have the knowledge and experience of providing support to students that come from different walks of life. You will be required to provide 1:1, in class and outside class support to your students. You will be working closely with students with challenging behaviour and therefore will carry a good understanding of how to build a good rapport with your students. Team Teach or physical restraining training is desirable for this role.
