The Role - Youth Worker (Behaviour Mentor) - Lambeth
Our Client, A Mainstream secondary School are seeking for a passionate and well experienced Youth Worker to join their behavioural team ASAP. You will have the knowledge and experience of providing support to students that come from different walks of life. You will be required to provide 1:1, in class and outside class support to your students. You will be working closely with students with challenging behaviour and therefore will carry a good understanding of how to build a good rapport with your students. Team Teach or physical restraining training is desirable for this role.
