We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable Youth Workers and Sports Coaches to provide daily cover support in secondary schools across North London. You will work with students during break/lunch periods, lead activities, supervise groups, support behaviour management, and assist with sports sessions as required.
Key Responsibilities
Youth Workers
- Build strong, positive relationships with students
- Support student engagement and behaviour management
- Facilitate personal development activities
- Assist with one-to-one and small group support

Sports Coaches
- Lead and deliver engaging sports sessions
- Promote physical activity and teamwork
- Support informal play, games, and school competitions
- Help maintain a safe play environment
Person Specification
- ✔ Experience working with young people (school, youth clubs, coaching)
- ✔ Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ✔ Confident supervising large groups
- ✔ Professional and proactive attitude
- ✔ DBS Enhanced check (or willing to obtain)
- ✔ Relevant qualifications (coaching award / youth work qualification) desirable but not essential
