About Us
We're a YouTube-first agency working with some of the UK's biggest creators and celebrities to build presence across long form content.
We believe that YouTube is the future of modern day media so we build channels audience actually want to subscribe to. We're a small team and a new business but we care deeply about our work and we believe the best ideas come from people who are curious, collaborative and genuinely love the content & creators.
The Role
You'll become the person our clients trust to understand their audience as well as they do. You'll be thinking about what's next, spotting content opportunities before anyone else and making sure every upload has the best possible chance of growing.
You'll be across all touch points of the channel; creative ideation, production, edits, channel management, reports and client management.
What You'll Be Doing
- Owning the day-to-day management of multiple YouTube channels.
- Building content strategies and plans.
- Coming up with fresh content ideas, formats and series that feel native to YouTube.
- Turning ideas into clear creative briefs for production and editing.
- Constantly reviewing channel performance and identifying opportunities for growth.
- Optimising titles, thumbnails, packaging and publishing strategies.
- Keeping a close eye on trends, creators and changes across YouTube.
- Working directly with creators, celebrities and brand teams.
- Attending shoots and on site meetings.
- Collaborating with our production and editing team to make every piece of content stronger.
- Helping shape the future direction of the agency as we grow.

Who We're Looking For
Someone who wants to help shape what the next generation of YouTube content looks like.
- You're obsessed with creators & content.
- You're experienced in content whether that's social media or YouTube, we're looking for someone who understands content and how to grow channels.
- You're an ideas person. Not just "we should film this", but here's the format, here's why it would work, here's how we'd make it repeatable. We're a start up and we love action over ideation.
- You enjoy spinning lots of plates, talking to clients and making sure nothing slips through the cracks.
- You're passionate. We're building a team of people who are dedicated, caring and passionate about building something together.
We'd Love You To Have
- Experience managing YouTube, social media or content marketing for a brand, agency or creator.
- Strong understanding of social-first content.
- Great communication and relationship building skills.
- Experience developing creative concepts or campaigns.
- Confidence interpreting analytics and using data to improve performance.
- A genuine interest in creators, content culture and digital media.

Bonus points if you've worked with YouTube before but it's not essential. We know YouTube is a niche. We'd rather find someone with brilliant instincts, a creative brain and the appetite to learn so if you're looking to transition into YouTube but don't have hands-on experience we'd love to hear from you.
