Contract: Freelance / independent contractor.

ABOUT US

We’re a fast-growing YouTube business with millions of subscribers, producing high-energy football gaming, entertainment and reaction content that reaches tens of millions of viewers each month.
Across our five channels, we publish around nine long-form videos each week, supported by a growing Creative, Production and Post-Production team.
We’re now looking for an experienced YouTube Editor to work specifically on IRL content for Chuff Reacts.

The Channel Chuff Reacts

Some of our previous IRL videos:

  • I Tested Knock Off Food Products
  • I Tested Viral TikTok Life Hacks
  • I Tested The Worst Rated Fast Food

These give an indication of the content and formats we’re developing, but we’re looking for someone who can help us raise the editing quality and take our IRL content to the next level.

THE ROLE

This is a YouTube-first editing role for someone with proven experience editing IRL creator content.
You’ll edit 1 Chuff Reacts IRL project per week, working across personality-led entertainment formats including product testing, challenges, reactions and other real-world concepts.
Projects will typically involve 60–90 minutes of multi-camera footage, edited into a polished 15–20 minute video. We’re looking for someone with strong instincts for storytelling, pacing, comedy, graphics, music, sound design and viewer retention.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
