Location: London Working Pattern: Hybrid – 2 days per week in the office, with additional office days required for shoots Salary: £40,000–£45,000 depending on experience Type: Permanent

About the Role:

We’re working with a high-end personal branding agency that partners with founders, entrepreneurs, senior leaders and high-profile individuals to build powerful personal brands, businesses and digital platforms.

They’re looking for a Mid-Level YouTube Strategist to join the team and take ownership of YouTube strategy across a portfolio of premium clients.

This is a role for someone who understands that YouTube is much more than simply uploading videos. You’ll be responsible for developing the strategy behind the channel — understanding the client, their audience, personal brand and wider business objectives to create content that drives visibility, engagement and long-term growth.

You’ll work closely with creative, production and client teams, helping shape everything from content strategy and formats through to titles, thumbnails, audience development and performance analysis.

The client base will include founders and business leaders, so the ability to translate complex ideas, expertise and business stories into compelling, accessible content will be particularly important. There will also be an element of working from a corporate and leadership-focused perspective, ensuring personal brand content aligns with wider business and commercial objectives.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
