About List25
List25 is one of YouTube's longest-running list-style channels with millions of subscribers and billions of views. We produce fast-paced, entertaining long-form videos packed with facts, storytelling, and energy. We're looking for an editor who can match that pace and take our production quality to the next level.
The Role

What You'll Do
- Edit long-form YouTube videos from rough cut to final export, ready to publish
- Sync voiceover, music, and sound effects to create a compelling audio-visual experience
- Add motion graphics, lower thirds, text overlays, and on-screen elements that match our style
- Maintain a strong sense of pacing — cutting to keep energy high and viewers watching
- Color grade footage for a consistent, polished look across all videos
- Collaborate with our script and production team on style, transitions, and visual storytelling
- Incorporate feedback quickly and efficiently across revision rounds
Reasons to use Rodeo
I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
