We're looking for ambitious, commercial and people-focused Department Managers to join our London stores across Ladieswear, Menswear and Kidswear. As a Department Manager, you'll be at the heart of the business, leading your team to deliver outstanding service, drive sales performance and create an inspiring shopping experience for our customers every day.

What You'll Be Doing
Lead Your Team
- Inspire, coach and develop a high-performing team.
- Create a positive and engaging working environment where people can thrive.
- Identify and develop future leaders through ongoing coaching, training and succession planning.
- Lead by example, setting the standard for customer service, teamwork and performance.

Drive Commercial Results
- Analyse sales performance and implement actions to maximise opportunities.
- Monitor department productivity, profitability and KPIs.
- Use your commercial awareness and product knowledge to drive sales and deliver results.
- Stay ahead of competitors and emerging fashion trends.
Create an Outstanding Customer Experience
- Ensure every customer receives an exceptional experience.
- Support your team in delivering expert product knowledge and styling advice.
- Resolve customer queries professionally and confidently.
- Champion the latest collections, bestsellers and new arrivals.
Deliver Operational Excellence
- Maintain exceptional visual merchandising standards.
- Ensure stock is replenished effectively and your stockroom remains organised.
- Manage department payroll, rotas and budgeting efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, health & safety standards and operational procedures.
What We're Looking For
Essential Experience
- Management experience within a fast-paced retail environment.
- Proven ability to lead, motivate and develop teams.
- Strong commercial awareness with a passion for driving results.
- Experience managing KPIs, productivity and operational performance.
- Understanding of retail operations and customer service excellence.
