General Manager & Deputy Manager

At Zara Home, every detail matters. Our collections are crafted to create warm, inspiring, and beautifully curated spaces — and behind every inviting store is a stockroom that runs with precision, care, and organisation.

We are looking for a Stockroom Responsible to lead our delivery and stockroom operations. This is a hands-on leadership role in a fast-paced, high-volume environment where calm organisation and attention to detail are essential. If you love structure, enjoy leading a team, and take pride in creating order behind the scenes, this could be the perfect next step for you.

  • Oversee the full delivery process, ensuring products are processed efficiently and with care
  • Handle fragile homeware items with precision and respect
  • Maintain a clean, organised, and safe stockroom environment
  • Ensure timely and accurate replenishment to support the store’s visual standards
  • Anticipate capacity challenges and implement practical solutions
  • Support preparation for key trading periods and seasonal changes

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
