Overview

A welcoming and relatively informal Hampstead-based family seeks an experienced and professional ROTA nanny to care for a 2.5-year-old and a 6-month-old. The usual schedule will be one week on/off, but please be open to varying rotational arrangements when the family travels. The family would love to find a candidate interested in a long-term position and who can work collaboratively with involved parents and an established rotational nanny. The role will start in October ideally, although the family can also work around the candidate's availability.

Responsibilities

The family enjoys a relaxed, outdoors-focused lifestyle and places great value on encouraging the children to explore, play, and learn through real-world experiences. They are currently screen-free, with a preference for creative play, time outdoors, and hands-on activities. The right candidate will take a proactive and meaningful role in shaping the children’s early years, fostering curiosity, independence, empathy, and excellent behavior as they grow. The role will involve a mix of shared care and sole charge, with responsibilities including:

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
