Live-Out Housekeeper Position (2 Roles – UHNW Family Household)
Overview
A prominent ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) family is seeking 2 live-out housekeepers to join their existing household team. There are two daily shifts available:
- 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (with an hour’s break)
- 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM (with an hour’s break)
Candidates will work a variety of shifts, 5 days per week, including weekend coverage.
Responsibilities
The ideal housekeepers will ensure the residence remains immaculate and well-organised, with attention to detail across all aspects:

General Cleaning & Maintenance
- Dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and deep-cleaning throughout
- Bathroom sanitation, ensuring hygiene standards are met
- Marble, wood, antiques, crystal, and luxury finishes care

Guest Room & Bedroom Services
- Make beds, change linens, replenish towels and high-end amenities
- Prepare guest rooms for stay and ensure fresh, welcoming arrangements

Laundry & Wardrobe Care
- Laundry, ironing, steaming of linens and garments
- Wardrobe organisation and garment care, including delicate fabrics

Kitchen, Pantry & Household Support
- Maintain pantry organisation and ensure provisions are stocked
- Assist with kitchen support, including pre-dining setup and fine dining needs

Housewide Organisation
- Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies and household consumables
- Assist during entertaining (setting tables, arrangement of decorations, etc.)

Additional Duties
- Follow strict health & safety procedures
- Maintain discretion and confidentiality at all times
- Collaborate seamlessly with the wider household team
Requirements
Essential
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekend and evening duties
- Strong aesthetic sensibility, combining functionality with luxury standards
- Experience in UHNW private households or five-star hotel settings (highly preferred)
- Must demonstrate proud, meticulous work ethic with an eye for detail
- Highly organised, with the ability to implement efficient systems
- Warm, respectful, and adaptable disposition when working in a family environment with children
- Professional, discreet, and reliable with an unattributive presence
- Fluent in English; Mandarin or Cantonese is a significant advantage
