Overview

A wonderful family is seeking a fantastic rotational nanny to join them from asap until March 2027. There is some flexibility around the schedule - it could be on week on/off, two weeks on/off, or it could even just be 3 days on, 4 days off if preferred. There will likely be travel to Dubai and to Switzerland, and the successful candidate will be caring for 3 gorgeous children in a fully staffed household.

Responsibilities

You will be caring for 3 children aged 2yrs, almost 5yrs and almost 7yrs old. The older two will be in school from September until 3pm, while the younger one will be attending nursery until 12pm daily. Responsibilities will therefore include (but are not limited to):

  • Getting the children up, breakfasted and ready for school/nursery in the mornings
  • School and nursery drop offs and pick ups
  • General organisation and admin relating to the children while they are at school
  • Taking the children to any after-school activities
  • All standard nursery duties relating to the children
  • General meal prep for the children, including preparing healthy snacks
  • Children's laundry and ironing
  • Taking the children on outings, to the park, and organising play-dates and meet-ups
  • Keeping their areas clean and tidy
  • Generally providing a warm, positive, nurturing, and creative environment that promotes their continued development and happiness
  • Travel over Christmas half term, during the Christmas holidays and during February half term
  • All overnight care, this is a 24hr role when on rotation

  • Prior experience and absolutely comfortable with caring for 3 young children
  • A lovely, warm, positive and pitch-in attitude to the family and household
  • Nurturing and knowledgeable
  • Energetic and active, able to keep up with the different needs and interests of the children
  • Prior experience travelling with families, and adapting to new schedules, locations and activities
  • Excellent communicator
  • Comfortable working while the parents are around, able to read the room effectively and know when to step back and allow family time
  • Confident swimmer
