The Opportunity

ZIMMERMANN is seeking an Omnichannel Stock Coordinator to join our (boutique in Mayfair) team. In this role, you will be instrumental in delivering exceptional client experiences, representing the ZIMMERMANN brand with confidence, care, and attention to detail on the shop floor. This opportunity is ideal for someone who is passionate about luxury fashion, thrives in a refined retail environment, and values building meaningful, long-term relationships with clients. In this role, you will work closely with your team to achieve boutique goals, uphold impeccable presentation standards, and create memorable, personalised experiences that reflect the essence of ZIMMERMANN.

Key Responsibilities

As Omnichannel Stock Coordinator, your responsibilities will include:

  • Online order dispatch
  • Stockroom organisation
  • Stock Inventory
  • Loss prevention
  • Stock presentation & seasonal launches
  • Administration
  • WH&S

What you will bring

To succeed in this role, you will bring:

  • Profound experience in a similar leadership role
  • Excellent organisation skills and high attention to detail
  • Passion for the brand and Fashion retail industry
