About Sysology
We are a UK-based Zoho consultancy. We help growing businesses simplify, connect and scale how they run, using Zoho CRM, automation and AI across the wider Zoho ecosystem.
We are the translator between business and technology. We take the tools, data and processes a business already relies on, and shape them into smarter systems the team genuinely wants to use, with AI and automation doing the heavy lifting where it counts.
We are not an in-and-out consultancy. We build real partnerships with our clients and work alongside them for the long term. Strong relationships are at the heart of how we work, so the right person enjoys building them, both inside the team and with clients. We are busy, we are winning good work, and we are growing the delivery team to keep up.
We are currently Zoho Advanced Partners, on track to become Premium Partners before long.
What we are looking for
We are looking for two Zoho Developers / CRM Consultants who enjoy solving business problems just as much as building systems.
This is a customer-facing delivery role where you will own multiple client implementations from discovery through to go-live. Working directly with clients, you will analyse business processes, design solutions, configure Zoho applications, and deliver well-structured systems that genuinely improve the way businesses operate.
You will act as the technical lead across several client projects at any one time, supported by a dedicated Project Coordinator who will help keep projects organised while allowing you to focus on delivering excellent solutions.
We trust our consultants to take ownership of their work, build strong client relationships, manage their own workload, and keep projects updated in Zoho Projects without unnecessary micromanagement.
AI is already a core part of how we deliver. We expect every consultant to actively use AI tools to improve solution design, accelerate development, solve technical problems, automate repetitive tasks, and increase delivery efficiency. We're looking for someone who is genuinely excited about AI and enjoys exploring new ways to work smarter.

Key Responsibilities
Client Delivery
- Work directly with clients to understand their requirements, business processes, and objectives.
- Lead multiple client projects simultaneously, keeping progress and updates current within Zoho Projects.
- Take projects from discovery through to go-live, including requirements gathering, solution design, implementation, testing, documentation, training, and handover.
- Build trusted relationships with clients and provide ongoing guidance, support and troubleshooting.
Solution Design & Development
- Configure, customise and integrate Zoho applications (CRM, Books, Projects, Desk and others), including custom functions, Blueprints and API integrations.
- Translate business requirements into scalable system designs, workflows, automations and data structures.
- Develop reports, dashboards and automation to improve business efficiency.
- Create diagrams, specifications and technical documentation where required.
- Keep solutions clean, maintainable and scalable, favouring native Zoho functionality wherever possible.
Continuous Improvement
- Identify opportunities to improve and automate client processes.
- Use AI tools daily to improve development speed, quality and efficiency.
- Stay up to date with Zoho platform updates, AI developments and best practices.
- Take ownership of workload and deliver minimum agreed number of billable hours each month.
- Work collaboratively with the wider Sysology team to continually improve how we deliver projects.
Essential Skills
- Business Analyst skills (process mapping, documentation, data modelling)
- Solid hands-on Zoho experience, ideally 18 months or more, across CRM as a minimum and several of Creator, Books, Analytics and Projects. Sign, Desk, People and Recruit are a bonus.

Additional Requirements
- You must have a suitable home office setup, including reliable high-speed internet.
- You must be able to work during UK business hours.
- The rate is a gross amount. You will be responsible for managing and paying your own taxes, social contributions and any other statutory obligations in your country of residence.
- You must have the legal right to work in your country of residence and be able to invoice for your services where applicable.
