Zoho CRM Expert
This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Zoho CRM Expert based in United Kingdom.
This is a remote contract opportunity for a Zoho CRM Expert responsible for optimizing CRM systems, improving business processes, and enabling teams to make better use of customer data. The role focuses on configuring, customizing, and maintaining Zoho CRM and Zoho Bigin environments to support sales, marketing, and customer service operations. You will help streamline workflows, automate processes, and ensure accurate data management across platforms. This position is ideal for a CRM specialist who enjoys solving technical challenges and creating efficient digital solutions. You will collaborate with international teams and contribute to improving customer journeys through data-driven insights. The role offers flexibility, autonomy, and the opportunity to work on impactful CRM transformation projects.
Accountabilities
As a Zoho CRM Expert, you will manage the configuration, optimization, and ongoing improvement of CRM platforms to ensure smooth operations and effective user adoption. You will work closely with stakeholders to enhance workflows, maintain data quality, and provide actionable insights through reporting and automation.
- Configure, customize, and maintain Zoho CRM modules, including fields, layouts, permissions, workflows, automations, and dashboards.
- Manage Zoho Bigin pipelines, teams, roles, and workflows while supporting integrations with other tools.
- Maintain CRM data integrity through cleaning, deduplication, imports, exports, synchronization, and regular audits.
- Create reports and dashboards to monitor lead generation, sales pipelines, and customer lifecycle performance.
- Train users, support CRM adoption, and develop documentation and best-practice guidelines.
- Troubleshoot system issues and manage access controls, permissions, and security settings.
- Ensure CRM processes align with privacy and data protection requirements.

Requirements
The ideal candidate has strong experience working with Zoho CRM and Zoho Bigin, with the ability to configure systems, improve workflows, and support users in adopting efficient CRM practices. You should combine technical expertise with strong analytical thinking and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Demonstrable experience with Zoho CRM and Zoho Bigin setup, customization, workflows, and automation.
- Strong data management skills, including record maintenance, data hygiene, synchronization, and integrations.
- Ability to build effective dashboards, reports, and analytical insights from CRM data.
- Experience supporting users, delivering training, and creating process documentation.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Proactive mindset with the ability to identify improvements and optimize processes.
- Fluent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
- Additional fluency in German, French, Portuguese, Italian, Spanish, or another major language is preferred.
