Are you a confident leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment? Do you enjoy coaching teams, delivering exceptional guest experiences, and leading from the front? If so, we have an exciting opportunity to join Thorpe Park Resort as an Operations Lead.
In this role, you'll be responsible for supporting and developing front-line teams across a variety of operational areas, including Rides, Retail, Guest Services, and Front of House. You'll play a key part in driving high standards, motivating teams, ensuring operational excellence, and delivering memorable experiences for our guests.

Qualifications & Experience
- Previous experience leading or supervising a team.
- Experience in a customer-facing environment, ideally within leisure, attractions, retail, hospitality, or tourism.
- Strong understanding of delivering excellent customer service.
- Experience coaching, training, or developing team members is desirable.
- Knowledge of health and safety responsibilities within an operational environment is advantageous.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work with multiple departments and senior stakeholders.
- Experience managing performance and supporting team development is preferred.

Pay Range
GBP £13.50/Hr.
