What you'll be doing:

At Avon, our Zone Managers play a vital role in empowering Representatives and Sales Leaders to grow successful businesses, strengthen customer connections, and deliver outstanding sales results across their territory.

As a Zone Manager, you will be responsible for delivering sales and growth targets across your geographical area by supporting, developing, and engaging Avon Representatives and Sales Leaders. You'll act as a trusted partner, providing coaching, guidance, and support that helps individuals achieve their goals while contributing to overall business performance. You'll build strong relationships across your network, lead local initiatives that drive recruitment and sales growth, and ensure the successful execution of Avon's sales strategy. Working in a fast-paced field-based environment, you'll identify opportunities, solve challenges, and inspire others to reach their full potential.

Key responsibilities:

  • Recruiting, onboarding, training, and developing Sales Leaders across your zone.
  • Supporting Representative growth through engagement, retention, recognition, and development initiatives.
  • Planning and delivering local events, training sessions, recruitment activities, and community engagement programmes.
  • Growing Avon presence in new and underrepresented territories.
  • Deploying campaigns, incentives, and key business priorities to maximise sales performance.
  • Monitoring performance data, identifying opportunities for improvement, and driving action plans to achieve KPIs.
  • Delivering one-to-one and group coaching that builds confidence, capability, and commercial awareness.
  • Acting as a key point of contact for Representatives and Sales Leaders, providing support and guidance when needed.

What we're looking for

  • Proven experience driving sales growth and delivering results.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to work effectively with a wide range of stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication skills, both one-to-one and in group settings, whether in person, by phone, or virtually.
  • A confident coach and influencer who can motivate and develop others.
  • A proactive, adaptable, and solution-focused approach in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and initiative.
  • Ability to analyze performance, identify opportunities, and take action to improve results.
  • Has a full driving license and willingness to travel extensively within the assigned zone.
