Job Overview

Please note that there are two Zone Manager vacancies available:

  • Citroën Zone Manager: This role covers the East Anglia region and is a field-based role.
  • Vauxhall Zone Manager: This role covers national dealer groups and is a field-based role. As a result, the successful candidate must be willing and able to travel across the UK.

The Role Is Responsible For

  • Drive and improve Dealer performance across their brand.
  • Data driven in a quest to identify daily & monthly gap analyses of individual performance and development for each Dealer.
  • Working in 3 main areas (1. Process & Tools 2. Financial Analysis 3. HR Processes of Network) to create and ensure implementation of action plans to deliver performance across sales volumes and sales quality objectives.
  • Deliver compliance with contractual requirements and programme requirements.
  • Ensure all standards are implemented at network level.
  • Support ramp-up phase of new Retailers.
  • Drive & deliver the weekly ALL CHANNEL sales forecasts for their dealers.

The Ideal Candidate Will Posses

  • Brand, product & services knowledge.
  • Knowledge of processes and tools of Retailer.
  • Knowledge of HR processes & skills.
  • Knowledge of Financial (P&L) analysis.
  • Data analysis ability.
  • Ability to combine working from distance and physical Dealer visits while creating impacts.
  • Strong transversal coordination abilities.
  • Be proactive, source of proposals.
  • Able to work with a high level of autonomy and be accountable for your own performance.
  • Can motivate and support a team.
  • Full UK driving licence.
