About the Opportunity
We are seeking a highly experienced Service Delivery Lead – Zscaler to take ownership of complex security and network transformation engagements for large enterprise and government customers.
This is a senior, customer-facing position for an individual who combines deep Zscaler expertise with strong service delivery, security architecture, and programme leadership capabilities.
You will be responsible for ensuring successful delivery across the full lifecycle of Zscaler and SASE programmes — from discovery, architecture, and design through implementation, migration, testing, service transition, and operational handover.
The role requires someone who can operate comfortably at both the technical and executive levels, providing hands-on technical direction while managing delivery expectations, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder relationships across complex global environments.
You will work closely with customer executives, security and network teams, enterprise architects, engineering functions, programme leadership, and strategic technology partners.
What You'll Be Responsible For
Service & Technical Delivery Leadership
- Take overall technical delivery ownership for complex Zscaler ZIA and ZPA programmes across global enterprise environments.
- Drive engagements through discovery, requirements gathering, architecture, HLD/LLD, implementation, migration, testing, and transition to live service.
- Lead technical workstreams within wider SASE, Zero Trust, and network/security transformation programmes.
- Convert business, security, and operational requirements into robust and scalable Zscaler solutions.
- Review, challenge, and approve HLDs, LLDs, and technical implementation plans.
- Lead technical workshops, architecture sessions, design authorities, implementation planning, and migration readiness activities.
- Coordinate technical delivery across multiple internal teams, customer teams, and geographically distributed engineering resources.
- Maintain visibility of technical risks, assumptions, dependencies, and delivery blockers, ensuring appropriate ownership and resolution.
- Provide technical assurance throughout the programme lifecycle and ensure delivery remains aligned with agreed architecture, scope, quality, and timescales.
- Contribute to the creation and improvement of delivery frameworks, technical standards, implementation approaches, and reusable Zscaler design patterns.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
