Location: United Kingdom – Remote/Hybrid Experience: 10+ years overall Contract: Initial 6 months, extension possible to July 2027

We are seeking an experienced Zscaler Security Engineer with strong NetDevOps or SecDevOps capabilities to support a major technology separation and corporate divestiture programme. The successful consultant will lead the deployment of a new Zscaler tenant covering ZIA and ZPA. The role includes tenant separation, security-policy migration, identity federation, transitional access and policy-as-code automation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and configure a new Zscaler ZIA and ZPA tenant
  • Configure ZIA cloud firewall, URL filtering, DLP and SSL inspection
  • Design ZPA application segments, server groups and access policies
  • Deploy and manage ZPA App Connectors
  • Integrate Zscaler with Okta or another enterprise identity provider
  • Configure SAML, OIDC, SCIM and attribute-based access controls
  • Establish security boundaries between retained and divested entities
  • Manage Multi-ZPA Tenant Access during transitional periods
  • Remove legacy configurations from the divested tenant
  • Manage Zscaler policies through Terraform and GitHub CI/CD
  • Configure and validate GRE or IPSec tunnels
  • Troubleshoot routing, DNS, subnets and IP connectivity
