Key Responsibilities
- Assist teams in executing day-to-day business operations.
- Support ongoing projects and strategic initiatives.
- Conduct market, customer, and competitor research.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and MIS dashboards.
- Create content for digital marketing and social media campaigns.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Analyze business data and provide actionable insights.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas.
- Take ownership of assigned tasks and deliver within timelines.
Who You Are
- Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree.
- Passionate about learning and building a career in a startup environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willing to take ownership and solve problems proactively.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
- Familiarity with tools relevant to your domain is an added advantage (Excel, Canva, Figma, React, Firebase, Photoshop, etc.).
- Positive attitude, curiosity, and a willingness to learn.
