As an Assistant Store Manager, you’ll work alongside the Store Manager to recruit, inspire & motivate a passionate team to exceed targets. You will drive sales through promotions, excellent merchandising, and stock control, and create a fun, engaging environment for both customers and colleagues. You will also ensure operational excellence, including audits, budgets, and stock management.

• Retail leadership experience
• Passion for customer service & sales
• Strong decision-making & problem-solving skills
• A results-driven mindset with a love for hitting targets
• Willingness to carry out piercing services for our customers – with full training provided (Optional)
