The team gain expert knowledge from your coaching and share this with our customers which increasing our sales & profits. You will work alongside your Store Manager to lead your team to beat sales and service targets. You will work together to identify and explore opportunities to grow sales, ensure optimum stock range and availability, whilst maintaining strict cost and stock control.

Requirements

• Previous retail experience, in roles such as a Retail Supervisor, Assistant Manager or similar
• You love watching others succeed in their careers
• You thrive when trusted to hit key performance indicators and achieve sales & profit goals, whilst you appreciate the importance of customer service

Responsibilities

• Lead your team to beat sales and service targets
• Identify and explore opportunities to grow sales
• Ensure optimum stock range and availability
• Maintain strict cost and stock control
• Coach your team to gain expert knowledge and share with customers
• Support stores by being willing to travel to a variety of stores locally based on demand
