The role sits at the intersection of Operations and Technology and requires someone who understands securities financing workflows and can translate business needs into structured requirements. This is a hands-on role within a lean change environment.

Requirements

• Prior exposure to GlobalOne
• Prior Business Analyst experience
• Experience supporting system upgrade, migration or enhancement initiatives
• Understanding of stock loan, collateral management and settlement processes
• Strong documentation skills (BRDs, process maps, user stories)
• Experience within securities financing environments
• Exposure to settlement optimisation initiatives
• Structured thinker with delivery focus
• Comfortable working in a lean team

Responsibilities

• Requirements gathering for GlobalOne upgrade / enhancement
• Documenting current and future state processes
• Supporting stock loan, collateral and settlement workflow improvements
• Stakeholder engagement across Operations and IT
• Supporting UAT and test scenario design

Benefits

• Salary: up to £55,000
• Length: 6 months rolling, with view to being made permanent
