Requirements
- 2+ years’ experience in a Chef de Partie or similar role
- Strong culinary and kitchen organisation skills
- Knowledge of food safety, portion control, and sustainability
- A positive attitude and willingness to step up when it counts
- A genuine love of food and pride in your craft
Responsibilities
- Take ownership of a kitchen section
- Preparing and cooking dishes that look great, taste incredible, and deliver an unforgettable food experience
- Work closely with senior chefs
